We are seeking a bright and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Support Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various corporate services business operations. You will work closely with different departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient communication within the organisation.

The role is responsible for:

  • Financial administration support
  • HR administrative support
  • General office support
  • Facilities maintenance support
  • Records management
  • ICT support coordination with providers

As the Business Support Officer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company by providing support to our team members.

The role is diverse and will see the successful candidate gain exposure across corporate services functions, providing core skills and knowledge for continued growth and career progression. This role will provide administrative support to finance, human resources, ICT, and facilities activities along with general organisational support.

Desired Experience:

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a positive can-do attitude to work, uses initiative and displays exceptional customer service and time management skills.

The ideal candidate is someone who is:

  • a proactive team player with a passion for customer service;
  • focused on attention to detail;
  • comfortable using a variety of office technology such as emails, databases, spreadsheets, SharePoint, etc;
  • Computer literate with sound computer and data entry skills;
  • An excellent communicator who can use various communication mediums;
  • Experience with HR and/or Finance support;
  • Organised and can multi-task in a diverse administration role;
  • Has experience in records management.

Qualifications in Business Administration will be highly regarded but are not essential.
