Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey where you get to shape young minds and create magical learning experiences? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Lead Educator to join Regina and her wonderful team at C&K Kedron Childcare Centre.

Our team is passionate about fostering a deep connection with the natural world and celebrating the diversity that makes our community special. Our Kedron centre is a beautiful haven of exploration and fun, where children can freely discover the world around them through nature-based play and independent exploration.

Using your skills, ideas and passion for education, you’ll help shape the future of children in our care by collaborating with your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.

What you’ll bring

Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
