About the role

Are you an allied health professional looking to take that next step in the industry?

Due to continued growth in our Regional NSW team, an opportunity has become available for a Team Leader to lead and coach a high-performing and energetic team of Consultants 

Here are a few key duties:

  • Oversee the team's performance and quality 
  • Explore new opportunities and growth areas
  • Mentor and train junior staff members
  • Provide advice and coach on case management practices, whilst also managing a case load of your own.
  • Identify Return To Work barriers and, design, implement and monitor those programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce as required.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Qualifications and registration in any of the following:
    • Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehab Counselling 
  • Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence and ability to travel for work
  • At least 2 years’ experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation (highly regarded)
  • Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis in order to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments
  • Ability to consistently provide high level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals

Qualifications

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Qualifications and registration in any of the following:
