The opportunity

Our Women Upfront Trainee Bus Driver program offers you the support and training you need to become a licensed and confident bus driver. This includes: 

  • A friendly and supportive environment
  • An extensive induction training program with a mix of classroom and on-road training
  • A Medium Rigid (MR) license and State Driving Authority 

Positions: Full-time

Location: Doncaster & Fitzroy North Depots.

Rosters: Monday to Friday rosters, including split shifts with work times between 6am and 7pm (9% loading paid). There is also optional weekend over-time for our people who wish to earn more.

Training: You will be trained to achieve high standards in all parts of your work including safe driving practices.

With a strong focus on customer service and providing a safe journey for our passengers, our bus drivers are fully trained to play a vital part in all facets of customer service, ticket sales and a range of bus services including general routes, charters and special events driving.
