The opportunity

Join our passionate and experienced multi-disciplinary Allied Health team as a Physiotherapist on a fixed term, parttime (45.6 hour fortnight) basis until September 2025. Utilise your knowledge and skills to support our Southern suburbs clients across a range of our programs, including Aged Care, Palliative Care, under 65’s and Home Care Package clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use a holistic approach to conduct client assessments and develop individualised care plans
  • Provide client-centred care that promotes independence within the community
  • Develop strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients, families, care providers and health professionals to establish goals, provide support and education, and ensure needs are being met
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
  • Work with autonomy and flexibility, enhance your clinical skills and build meaningful relationships with clients
  • Manage time efficiently and meet deadlines

About you

You have passion with purpose and are driven by excellence. Caring is a profession and a calling, and your work and support enriches everyone. In addition, you will have the following skills:

  • An Australian Accredited Degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
  • Experience in community care and undertaking comprehensive, holistic assessments and developing care plans 
  • A client centred approach to care that enhances the client’s independence 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal 
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Valid Australian driver’s license
