About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team as a Clinician. As a key member of our multidisciplinary Allied Health team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualised care plans that promote independence and improve quality of life.
  • Provide client-centred care that enhances the client's physical and social well-being.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, families, care providers, and health professionals to ensure effective communication and goal achievement.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Work autonomously and efficiently, managing time effectively to meet deadlines and enhance clinical skills.
About You

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Physiotherapist who is driven by excellence and has a client-centred approach to care. You will have a strong background in community care, with experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing care plans. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
