About the opportunity

In the newly created position of Senior Manager – Digital and Content, you will lead a newly formed team and drive the digital communications and content strategies for both internal and external audiences, overseeing content creation across multiple channels, and driving engagement and strategic alignment with overall business objects in the digital channels for the Transgrid and Lumea.

You will blend data and creativity to optimise content performance, use storytelling to drive strategic outcomes and stay across industry trends to incorporate innovative ideas into content creation for both B2B, community and internal purposes. Overseeing the content creation process, you will ensuring Transgrid’s brand voice, cost efficiencies and reputation is effectively managed.

About you

We’re looking for an established digital and content leader to direct and develop a newly created team so we can achieve the ambitious targets and projects in the pipeline. You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience at a senior level in communications, marketing, public relations, social media or related field.
  • High level written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills to inform, influence, persuade and motivate
  • Ability to liaise, consult, negotiate and network with senior managers
  • Ability to successfully meet competing deadlines, influence outcomes to accomplish organisational objectives and effectively manage project teams to meet timelines and outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of issues and provide relevant input in analysis of business needs
