About the Role
Effectively lead the development and implementation of universal entry early childhood services and targeted programs within, and from, the Child and Family Centre in Waterford West. This will include the facilitation of Early Years Allied Health & Specialist programs in conjunction with the the Primary Health Care clinics.
Duties
- Lead the delivery of Early Years Allied Health and Specialist Program.

Lead and actively support community engagement and communication activities to increase client access to the service.

Facilitate Early Years Allied Health & Specialist service delivery within the facility (Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Paediatrics, audiology).

Coordinate staff in accordance with Clinical Governance Framework, individual Position Descriptions and ATSICHS policies and procedures.

Assist the Operations Manager in forward planning and developing targeted early years programs that leverages the broader ATSICHS services and staffing resources to deliver new approaches to the learning and development of children and scaffolding parenting strengths of families.

Lead the direct coordination and wrap-around care for high-risk families that access the CFC, ensuring services are integrated across the ATSICHS system.

Lead the marketing and engagement of families into the CFC, in conjunction with the Operations Manager and Marketing team.

Commit to a high level of quality management for ATSICHS through use of LogiQC quality management systems.

Develop strategies and initiatives that establish and sustain a healthy workplace culture where individual staff members are valued and a genuine and real interest is expressed in staff, that focusses on the relationships within a team.

Benefits
- Permanent full time position.
- Starting annual salary of $104,000 (depending on qualifications and experience).
- 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).

Required
- Bachelor Qualifications in either Business//Human Services/Public Health/Nursing/Allied Health or Education.
- Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience in managing a team in a Team Leader, Team Coordinator, Manager or similar role and/or in an acting role.
- Ability to work in a performance driven environment and meet month-to-month program targets.
- Ability to lead, guide and manage people including the implementation of cultural change and change management opportunities.
- Ability to support and manage a continuous improvement model to further improve the service model and practice application of front-line staff.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets/performance outcomes.
- Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
- Ability to utilise participative management practices and adopt a supportive, stimulating management style to achieve real and tangible quality outcomes for clients.
- Working with Children’s Card (Blue Card).
- Current police check.
Preferred
- Experience with PowerBI or similar dashboard target system.
