Job description:

Our client is a leading company in the audiovisual industry, seeking a skilled and experienced AV Installation Technician to join their team. This position provides the opportunity to work on some of the largest and most technically advanced audio-visual projects within Australia, with the ability to grow into specialised fields inclusive of project management, system programming, system design, sales management, audio design and operations management.

  • Installation of Audio-Visual cabling, brackets, and associated systems and racks
  • Cable installation, termination, and testing
  • Undertake all works documented in the A/V schematic, plan, and elevation design package
  • Record and maintain relevant documentation pertaining to commissioning
  • Completing documentation as requested (timesheets, site reports, etc.)
  • Observe OHS standards, ensuring all work is completed in a safe manner
  • Travel to regional and remote client sites when required
Qualifications:
  • A basic knowledge of audiovisual and information communication technology
  • Basic hand-tool and manual handling ability
  • Valid drivers license
  • Construction white card (can be provided for a suitable candidate)
  • Experience in installing AV cabling and pathways

Salary Min : A$ 65000
