An excellent opportunity exists for an ICT Technician to join one of Perth's successful and fast growing privately owned building and construction companies.

Since 2010 we have completed over three hundred home warranty and indemnity claims working with leading insurance providers. We have repaired large strata buildings and repurposed homes for individuals in the Perth area.

As a registered provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme(NDIS), we modify existing homes to make them liveable for people with limited mobility.

**About the Role**

Applications are invited from suitably experienced ICT Support Technicians to work within Mills Group WA Pty Ltd Information Systems Team based in Perth. The role is one of a continued support in the ICT for the existing group and that of future enterprise into a new expanding part of the business in the Smart Living for people with limited mobility and impairment.

This is a fulltime and fixed term role initially for two years with the possibility of extension for another two years.

The role will be reporting to the Managing Director and Operations Manager.

Duties of the applicant include:
**ICT**
- Downloading new software and update existing software
- Configuring computer/peripherals/network hardware and migration of data
- Finding solutions using new and existing software and hardware
- Sourcing new computer/peripherals/networking hardware
- Diagnose and repair faulty computers
- Resolving users’ problems and queries in a professional and timely manner
- Fault finding, fixing bugs and monitoring security devices
- Setting up new and replacement mobile phones and tablets
- Adding new/existing users and computers to domain
- Working with the Operations Manager to create Digital Toolbox meeting by creating hardware and software safe use and efficient guides

**NDIS - Assistive Technology On Site (AT)**
- Setting up software and configuring AT equipment for people with limited mobility after construction of the AT equipment
- Setting up of adaptive devices and installing the software for people with limited impairment for the use of smoke detector/doorbells/telephones/induction loop
- Assessing the best solution for networking requirements from a AT perspective so this can then be built into the construction of the home
- Setting up and securing home networking for AT participants

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Windows and Office
- Hardware/Software troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of TCP/IP network fundamentals
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- A current driver’s licence
- Ensure compliance with all safety requirements
- Experience within the NDIS

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
