These supports are then translated for and replicated in external markers. WI has a particular focus on social and cognitive functioning skills development (e.g: the Employ Your Mind (EYM) vocational rehabilitation program).

WISE IDEA evaluates all interventions and supports developed and publishes the outcome of the research to continue building the evidence base.  WI advocates to all levels of government, health and employment sectors, business and industry peaks, and philanthropy to break down the barrier between health and employment and influence policy and practice in both areas.
