How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?

As our new Senior Consultant, Engagement and Change Advisory, you’ll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of international clients, delving deep into their challenges to co-create solutions that help shape the future. You’ll drive value, connect assets to strategy and proactively respond to disruptive change.

Here are the key things you’ll do:

  • Partner with our clients to provide advisory and consulting services for projects where social outcomes and community impact are front of mind.

  • Deliver social impact assessments and other social value assets to support clients’ project development and delivery.

  • Exercise outstanding interpersonal skills to develop relationships with a wide range of clients and critical internal and external stakeholders.

  • Play an active role in delivering engagement, change and social value services for large scale infrastructure projects.

  • Support business development activities and contribute to proposals.

Alongside your industry experience in similar consulting or equivalent roles, you’ll also have:

  • Deep understanding of social value as a practice, and the importance of its assessment and management in the delivery of major projects.

  • Experience delivering social value assessments and other related materials.

  • Experience delivering strategic communications and stakeholder engagement programs.

  • Experience working across the different phases of an infrastructure project’s life cycle.

  • Strong communication, engagement, problem solving and presentation skills.

  • A demonstrated ability to foster and evolve client and stakeholder relationships. 

  • Relevant tertiary education.
