Baynton West Primary School (PS) are seeking to establish a pool of dedicated and passionate Primary Teachers (Years P-6) for appointments to permanent, fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year. Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within the 2025 school year.

The Role

We are looking for committed teachers to join our unique and highly successful team of teaching professionals. The suitable applicants ideally will possess a strong knowledge of high impact teaching strategies specifically in high impact instruction and coaching as well as the ability to understand and use student and whole school performance data effectively to inform planning and differentiation across all year levels.

The suitable applicants will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a highly effective classroom teacher and be capable of engaging and motivating students to achieve their academic, social and emotional potential. Personal growth is a critical element for professional success in our culture and suitable applicants will be committed to ongoing professional development to ensue adherence to school priorities and direction.

The School

Baynton West PS has very high expectations of student effort and teacher efficacy.
