Our Sydney speech therapy clinic, Lindfield Speech Pathology is one of Sydney's most established practices, having provided high quality speech therapy for over 25 years.
We are regarded for our therapeutic excellence, which is based on a team of highly skilled and engage practitioners who provide therapy in a warm, friendly and caring environment.

THE ROLE
We have multiple opportunities for graduate speech therapists from our bases in Pymble and Kings Park as well as hybrid roles across greater Sydney to cater to our evolving and expanding business.
- As a new graduate, you will be nurtured and mentored through a structured program that will accelerate your career growth and build confidence

- Your super charged admin team will schedule your appointments and relieve you of administrative burdens
- Your dedicated mentor will support your transition from university to practicing clinician, as you are mentored to continue to expand the skills you’ve already developed at university
DUTIES
- Assessing, diagnosing and providing evidence-based intervention for a variety of clients with speech, language, voice, fluency and swallowing disorders
- Utilising case history, assessment results and clinical observations to develop and review treatment goals and therapy plans to suit the individualized of a diverse population of clients (infants to adults)
- Monitoring client progress by keeping detailed up-to-date progress notes and client records and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Writing assessment and funding reports, referral letters
- Communicate information and support to families regarding therapy strategies and techniques
- Collaborate with clients extended care team and support network to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Liase with other clinicians and wider team to share learnings, best practices and develop, innovate and refine care plans that aim to provide the best outcomes for clients and their families
