We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our dynamic growing team. 

If you are an aviation professional with strong operational experience, we want to hear from you. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring project planning and execution is achieved efficiently and delivered to the highest standards, whilst meeting customer expectations. 

Reporting directly to the COO – APAC the Project Manager will manage the delivery of specialist projects such as base setup and aircraft mobilisation/ demobilisations within PHI’s Australia operations. 

PHI anticipates significant upcoming growth in the APAC region. Therefore, the ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities that enable them to advance and develop into a future post holder (AOC team position) and/or member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Support the COO with the day-to-day delivery and management of project related activities. Develop Project Management Plans, Mobilisation Plans, and implement the Management of Change process, to ensure project objectives and deliverables are met. Lead project management for contract start-ups, base and aircraft mobilisations, aircraft acquisitions etc. for the Australian operation. Act as focal point for all project activities, ensuring the accurate, concise and timely conveyance of relevant information to all stakeholders. Source, secure and provide management and supervision of subcontracted service providers to assist project activities. Coordinate with all PHI departments at various levels, including Commercial & BD, Finance, HR, HSEQ, Flight Operations, Maintenance and Fleet Support on project related matters. Collate accurate data to create and present relevant, timely and functional company and customer updates, presentations and reports. Participate actively in the end-to-end contract tendering life cycle, including support with RFI, RFQ, ITT and subsequent clarification responses. Demonstrate visible leadership and support to the Destination Zero program. Travel as required to support business operations.  To be considered for this role, you will need: 
 Relevant b or higher tertiary education in aviation, project management, business administration or related discipline Demonstrable operational experience in the offshore helicopter, or aviation industry Previous pilot or aircraft maintenance engineer experience Project management experience desirable Experience with aviation service contracts, and customer communication and engagement Knowledge of applicable regulations and industry standards About you:
 Technically proficient with strong problem solving and analysis skills. Able to prioritise and have an excellent attention to detail. Commitment to meeting deadlines with outstanding communication skills. Hold valid rights to reside and work in Australia.
