Landside Coordinator

Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Landside Coordinator to join our team at the Port Botany Terminal

You will have a commitment to customer service and be driven by a desire for operational excellence. Ideally with experience in the Road, Rail, or Maritime sectors, you will be the first point of contact for our Rail and Road customers.

Key Accountabilities

Ensure the Operations are in full compliance with OHS&E statutory requirements. Develop reports as required including completion of daily / weekly revenue calculation spreadsheets and monthly reporting. Communicate to industry on current operating conditions at the Terminal. Provide updates on PBLIS issues and answer any queries that arise. Assist Landside Superintendent and Transport Coordinator in planning and executing the daily plan.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Minimum 2 years previous experience in transport/ rail/ maritime/ marine/ stevedoring operations/ customer service  Effective customer service, oral and written communication skills  Planning and organisational skills Intermediate level of Microsoft Word and Excel required High attention to detail and ability to rectify errors efficiently  Demonstrated ability to plan and manage workloads, work autonomously, and as a member of a team so that timely and effective results are achieved
