Maven Dental Collins Street is looking for a passionate and experienced Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our fun and friendly team in our vibrant and welcoming practice.

Our practice offers a comprehensive range of dental services, from routine check-ups and cleanings to advanced treatments like Invisalign, crowns, and implants. We are dedicated to patient-centered care, prioritising individual needs to ensure a positive and enjoyable dental experience for every visit.

Located at the Paris End of Collins Street, our well-established practice is on the lookout for a candidate who shares our enthusiasm for creating beautiful smiles. If you are excited about joining a team committed to excellence in dental care, we would love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical chairside assistance.
  • Ensure excellent patient care and management, including discussing treatment plans.
  • Maintain sterilization processes.
  • Manage stock and supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic clinical environment.
  • Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general enquiries, record keeping, payment & insurance processing.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in dental procedures and terminology.
  • Knowledge of dental software systems.
  • Demonstrates empathy and a caring nature.
  • Possesses a friendly, positive, and flexible attitude.
  • Understands hygiene and infection control procedures.
  • Has a keen attention to detail.
