Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their dental experience.
  • Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
  • Deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Provide instrument sterilization and infection control solutions, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
