We’re looking for a Front of House/Production Assistant in our busy Adelaide (Kent Town) office.

This is a permanent, full time role, and ideal for a "people person" who's looking to get their 'foot in the door' in a thriving office environment.

About the role.

This role is a crucial role in providing valuable production support to our ANZ Sport team and to providing front of house and admin support to our Adelaide-based team which continuously improves our thriving culture and ensures our people have the best experience of working at KOJO and our clients and visitors have the best experience of KOJO too.

There are two key areas of this role:

Coordinate front of house activities across KOJO (primarily at our head office in Adelaide) and provide general office-based support and admin assistance to the team.Provide and coordinate production and admin support across KOJO Sport, including organising travel, catering, assisting with crewing, finances and admin, and documenting/updating processes.

As you’re often the first point of contact, being accessible and building strong relationships with our clients and across KOJO will be required. Your naturally effervescent attitude will put a smile on our team and our visitor's faces and set the tone for the rest of the business, contributing to the distinct culture of KOJO.

In this role, you'll have a great opportunity to gain entry-level production and admin experience across KOJO, and specifically in Sport. This means any experience you have in booking travel, maintaining documents and spreadsheets, keeping information organised, providing customer support/service, giving things a go and learning new skills will stand you in good stead for this role. We see this as a launch pad for developing your career in other areas of KOJO once you have established a solid base for yourself in this role and at KOJO.

Due to the nature of this role, it is a requirement to be onsite in our Adelaide office (Kent Town) 5 days a week.
