Located in the beautiful city of Ballarat, VIC, in the central highlands, this pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist Manager. Ballarat offers a blend of historic charm and modern amenities, making it an ideal location for both work and leisure.
Job Specification:
As the Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Dispensing medications and delivering professional services.
- Providing health counselling and recording clinical interventions.
- Actively managing store performance against key objectives and budget.
- Practicing forward pharmacy.
Skills Required:
- General registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in the Fred computer system.
- Experience with script trade of approximately 150 per day.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $50-55.
- Travel allowance negotiable.
- Relocation assistance up to $2500.
- Sole Pharmacist allowance paid for 5 days.
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Support from a Dispense Technician and shop staff.
