Your Opportunity

As a Manager in our Workday Practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and internal initiatives. You will be:

  • Facilitating and leading client workshops.
  • Translating client requirements into functional designs.
  • Partnering with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle – from leading design, right through to go-live and hypercare.
  • Overseeing multiple Workday HCM modules.
  • Sharing your experience with junior team-members to help them grow and develop.
  • Contributing to the team’s business development and market opportunities.
  • Positively contributing and impacting our KPMG teams through initiatives which build our culture and capabilities.

  • Proven track record of leading successful Workday HCM implementations, with a preference for Core HCM and Recruiting.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritise to meet deadlines and manage expectations where there are conflicting demands.
  • Strategic critical thinker, with an aptitude for using that skill to solve complex problems and plan for the future.
  • Teambuilding experience and skills, with a passion for conducting your best work with a diverse and multidisciplinary team around you to collaborate, share ideas, and learn together.
  • Relevant Workday HCM certifications (desirable for Core HCM and Recruiting).
