Your Opportunity
As a Delivery Manager in our Workday Practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and internal initiatives. You will be:
Leading teams of skilled consultants, ensuring that our engagements are on track and delivering the transformation outcomes our clients expect. Overseeing multiple streams of work, able to effectively communicate with team members of various specialisations (e.g. functional, integration, data migration, etc.). Managing budgets and timelines to ensure commercial viability. Making an impact in the team’s business development and market opportunities. Playing a key role in the development of up-and-coming junior resources through mentorship and guidance. Contributing to the culture and effectiveness of the team through internal initiatives.How are you Extraordinary?

Proven track record of successful delivery of Workday HCM implementations. Demonstrated leadership qualities as a kind and compassionate leader, and with a passion for continually growing your leadership skills to get the best out of a diverse and multidisciplinary team. Strategic critical thinker, with an aptitude for using that skill to solve complex problems and plan for the future. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritise to meet deadlines and manage expectations where there are conflicting demands. Obtain a bachelor's degree in management and/or technology or significant work experience in a similar field. Relevant Workday PM and/or project management certification.
