As we continue to grow, we're seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as the Learning Management System Advisor on fixed term full-time contract (3 months with view to extend).

A great opportunity to take responsibility for the refresh of our Learning Management System (LMS). You have the opportunity to work with our business to advise how training content can be housed in the system and to support ongoing improvements to learning activities.

Key Responsibilities: 

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a range of technical specialist advice and support to improve our usability and operational efficiency of Qscan’s LMS (LITMOS). The position will work under the direction of the Senior People and Capability Business Partner, leveraging relevant knowledge and support from various functions across the business to enhance the overall learning experience.

The LMS Advisor is required to take responsibility for the configuration, optimisation, and efficient use of our system to maximise its user access and reporting capabilities. You will have responsibility for the integrity of the system, allowing for regular monitoring, reporting, and resolving issues. Inclusive of this role is version control of current offerings and learning paths as determined by current role responsibilities and compliance requirements.

This position requires initiative and a can-do approach to collaborating with the right people in the business in conjunction with a strong technical background for LMS implementation for enduring use.

You will have the opportunity to promote best practice online learning principles to improve our employees learning landscape.

About You

Alongside your general administration and management experience and enthusiasm to provide high-quality support to a range of stakeholders, you also have:

  • A strong understanding of LMS administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and design.
  • Experience working with LITMOS is advantageous.
  • A sound understanding of Adult Learning Pedagogy is a bonus.
  • Strong organisational skills. You can effectively plan and prioritise your work to meet deadlines and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
