Preventative Maintenance and Project Specialist

Working hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with occasional overtime as needed. Processes, tracking and reconciling of all project costs associated with renovations/new buildings. Works with Sponsored Programs on grant related projects to ensure proper documentation required is being provided in a timely manner to meet associated deadlines. Create, modify and schedule preventative maintenance for all existing and new equipment with our IDN CMMS software to include roofing systems to ensure that they remain safe, reliable and well maintenance to ensure life cycle is maximized. Oversees the proper process and procedures for modifying existing, adding or removing equipment/systems , completing and closing of projects/service requests. Includes training of internal staff as needed to ensure timeliness of ensuring assets are removed/added. Emergency Preparedness and Follow-up as needed Other duties as assigned State of Florida driver's licenses and ability to maintain a good driving record as per Florida Tech's insurance guidelines
