We have a position available for a Relief Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at 33 Grill West HQ.
A little about the opportunity..
As the relief Supervisor, you will work in the 33Grill Restaurant supporting the team during breakfast and dinner service. This position will require you to plan, organise, schedule, and allocate tasks and activities to the team on a daily basis. You will also monitor and evaluate team service levels and performance and act as a key point of escalation for high level customer enquiries.
Hours rostered in the position of Supervisor will be on an as needs basis as determined by the business. When you are not working in the position of Supervisor, you will continue to perform your existing duties as a Food & Beverage Attendant.

- Ability to create an enthusiastic and efficient environment for staff and customers
- Availability to work across a 7 day week including days, afternoons, evenings, and over nights including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience is preferred but not essential
