We have a position available for a Relief Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at New Town Thai West HQ.

 

A little about the opportunity..

 

As the relief Supervisor,  you will work predominantly in the New Town Thai Restaurant, supporting the team during lunch and dinner service. This position will require you to plan, organise, schedule, and allocate tasks and activities to the team on a daily basis.  You will also monitor and evaluate team service levels and performance and act as a key point of escalation for high level customer enquiries. 

 

 Hours rostered in the position of Supervisor will be on an as needs basis as determined by the business. When you are not working in the position of Supervisor, you will continue to perform your existing duties as a Food & Beverage Attendant.
