About The Role

Working within our Shared Services Team, we are seeking a Senior Billing Manager to assist in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives that will improve our end-to-end billing process. You will be responsible for ensuring the billing function operates efficiently and smoothly as well as:

  • Ensuring that billing instructions and procedures are kept up to date for system changes and updates required for the price guide
  • Standardising the process documentation for the Scope group
  • Assisting the Manager of Shared Services with ad-hoc projects & management reporting duties, as required
  • Assisting with the analysis of service audits with view to investigate trends and highlight areas of improvement
  • Leveraging industry best practice for ways to improve service provision and drive a culture of continuous improvement
  • Establishing a customer centric approach to service delivery and process improvement

About You

We are seeking a leader with a focus on fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and trust across the organisation. You will be a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively, with the ability to communicate with influence. The successful applicant will also have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, CA/CPA (Highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS Price Guide or similar complex funding arrangements
  • Experienced in working in a matrix managed environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills together with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced computer literacy
