About the role

This is a full-time permanent opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.

The primary purpose of this role is to drive continuous innovation in IT systems for Stanwell Energy (Stanwell’s retail division), enhancing existing legacy systems built on C#/.NET Framework with Durandal, and maintaining and developing newer systems running in Azure, using C#/.NET Core with Remix/React frontends.

The Full Stack .NET Developer will design, develop, and maintain both the front- and back-end components of these web applications, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. The role involves managing databases, integrating cloud services, and ensuring the security and performance of systems. 

Key activities include:

Perform maintenance and enhancements to existing systems written in C#/.NET, Durandal and Remix as directed by the Manager Technology, Innovation and Analytics. Use Microsoft Azure DevOps to manage code and build and deploy pipelines. Monitor on-premise and cloud applications for errors. Suggest system improvements and work with stakeholders to implement these improvements. Retail electricity industry is desirable but not essential.

About you

Development experience with specific expertise in C# and web technologies. Experience with C#/.NET Core and Entity Framework. Proficient with SQL (Structured Query Language) in SQL Server and Oracle databases. Experience with React/Remix is desirable. Ability to work directly with end-users and external stakeholders to deliver solutions.
