Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Data, Integrations & Analytics Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration between existing commercial systems and our Data Lake.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects, technical leads, testers, product owners, and analysts to contribute to the solution development process
  • Develop real-time and polling interfaces between systems and the RFDS Data Lake
  • Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD processes and tools, to ensure smooth software delivery
  • Assess and diagnose incidents according to agreed procedures
  • Initiate and monitor actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes, and services

Requirements:

  • Formal qualification in Information Technology or similar field, or equivalent experience
  • High-level communications skills, with demonstrated capability to effectively interact with leaders across the organisation and external stakeholders
  • Experience developing solutions in .Net / C# integrations within Microsoft Azure, React, .Net, modern TypeScript (ES2015+), frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel or Yarn) and linting
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, integration, and mocking
  • Ability and desire to learn new technologies and skills as required
