About the role:

  • ­Support the organisation of day-to-day activities of Management and broader team
  • ­Assist with scheduling of meetings and calendar planning
  • ­Provide administrative support, such as preparation of correspondence, presentations, marketing material and reports for current and potential customers
  • ­Maintain the records management system, ensuring that information is accurate, up to- date and stored safely
  • ­Update financial records such as expenses, invoices and purchase requisitions.
  • ­At the direction of the Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, coordinate all aspects of internal and client meetings, preparing agendas, typing minutes, and distributing to the relevant stakeholders

About You:

  • Cert II, III or IV in Business Administration
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices
  • 1-2 years experience in an office environment
