Product Team and Head of Product Assistant
An amazing opportunity to join a well-known Australian brand as Team Assistant working with a highly experienced and passionate Product Team. A diverse role from admin support to catwalk management with no two days the same, you will be kept busy. The key focus of this role is to providing overall support to the Head of Product and broader Product team. It is a broad role and requires a hands-on, flexible and proactive approach. If you thrive in a highly creative and fast paced environment, this is the role for you

**The role involves responsibility for**:

- Providing administrative support to the Product team including travel bookings, presentations and creative input.
- Assisting with preparation of events and meetings, including setup, sample management and catering arrangements.
- Arranging international and domestic travel bookings.

What experience and skills do I have?
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach and the ability to work well with a wide team including senior management.
- Experience with Outlook calendar management
- Professional and clear written and verbal communication skills, including with senior management
- Project support, events coordination and/or design, creative experience would be ideal
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with Apple Mac computers
