Physiotherapist - Private Practice

We are currently seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join a well-established private practice in Newcastle, NSW.

You will have the privilege of being part of a healthy, caring and innovative team that is passionate about putting the Care back into Healthcare.  We love to see you patient focused, giving thorough and relevant assessments and education to patients, determining individual capabilities and applying expert interventions to relieve pain, maximise functional capacity and improve quality of life.  Success doesn’t mean getting everything right all the time, it means tailoring a memorable and exceptional patient experience – every time. Our client is always striving for continuous positive improvement and have a culture of openness and desire to incorporate any improvements toward excellence.  You will be encouraged to assist in innovation, development, improvement of systems, paperwork and any service delivery which may enhance patient outcomes, improve efficiency and improve of the overall delivery of the brand of world class healthcare. 

Requirements

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Medicare Provider Number
  • Commitment to abide by AHPRA and APA code of conduct and policies
  • Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Current CPR and First Aid certificate
  • Experience in Private Practice or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (at least one unit/rotation at University)
  • Current CPD participation.
  • People Skills and ability to manage patient expectations well
  • Ability to naturally generate organic growth of new patients through the clinics in which you work by great outcomes with current patients and WOM referrals.
