Located on beautiful Lake Macquarie, Toronto Private Hospital, is just a short 30 minute drive to Maitland, Central Coast and Newcastle. The hospital has undergone a significant expansion to become a 105 bed Rehabilitation, Medical and Mental Health Hospital.

You are a conscientious team player that is motivated by learning and expanding your clinical skill set. Seeing your patient through their rehab journey, guiding and coaching them to meet their goals and outcomes is what motivates you to do your best work. You may be a level one to level two physiotherapist looking for experiences in a hospital environment or just a change in your career. The Role Offers

  • Inpatient and outpatient Rehabilitation
  • A fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere
  • Opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians.
  • Ability for level 1 and 2 staff to rotate through departments in the hospital over a 12 month period.
  • Ability to treat a large variety of neurological, reconditioning and orthopaedic conditions.
  • Access to learn and work with all Allied health disciplines.
  • Physiotherapy Degree
  • Current NSW AHPRA registration
  • Effective communication, interpersonal skills and ability to establish good rapport with patients.
  • A desire to learn and develop skills and knowledge.
  • Weekend availability
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a clinical caseload.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience working as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience working in rehabilitation.

Salary and conditions are in accordance with Healthecare (NSW Private Hospitals) Health Professionals and Support Services Enterprise Agreement – 20.
