We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Pricing & Rebates Analyst to join Rinnai in a full-time capacity, initially on a 12 month contract with the potential to transition to permanency.

About the role:

  • Reconcile accrued rebates with expected payments to ensure accurate recording of liability in balance sheets
  • Processing and maintaining customer discount and rebate agreements
  • Monitor trading terms, customer deals and investigate claims to ensure compliance and maintain all records pertaining to price/rebate contracts
  • Analysis of rebate accruals in comparison with payments highlighting positioning of rebate categories
  • Processing energy certificates (STC/VEECS) claims, liaising with Government agencies
  • Analysis of energy certificates measuring movement and profitability

About you:

  • A tertiary qualification in accounting and/or a comparable Finance discipline
  • Intermediate to advanced capability in the MS Office suite
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • An eagerness to learn
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workflow
  • The ability to work in a deadline driven environment

Candidates who can display comparable experience within the Finance field will be held in high regard as will those who hold a CPA qualification or are working towards this certification.
