About the role:   

Come aboard and play a key role in advancing the Group network strategy and accelerate program, refining corporate and pharmacy store networks. Employ analysis and insights to refine store network decisions and market strategies. Harness both internal and external geospatial data to pinpoint growth or consolidation prospects. Lead the development and execution of sales and market assessments for network prospects. Offer vital commercial backing to stakeholders, encompassing board paper preparation and financial modelling. What you’ll bring:  

3-5 years of experience in Site Research, Network Planning, or Property Finance teams, ideally within a large retailer or specialty retail/property consultancy. Proven track record in analysing and interpreting various customer and spatial datasets for retail site selection, strategic planning, and analysis. Broad familiarity with retail sales forecasting and analysis techniques. Proficiency in GIS (MapInfo) and advanced Excel skillsEffective verbal and written communication for development and influence. Capacity to manage multiple large datasets and interpret them. Ability to forge strong working relationships to achieve objectives. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management. Tertiary qualification in Property/Economics/Geography/Commerce

Desirable skills:

Exposure to writing board papers, completing DCF Valuations, and other ad-hoc financial analysis.
