About the Company
I am representing a renowned, worldwide developer of renewable energy assets. They have a large portfolio as renewable energy projects in operation, with more in development/construction.
About the role
Office base in Sydney, you will work within the construction team to assist the Project delivery of major renewable energy projects in Australia. The Document Controller will be required to work with the Head of Project Delivery and help develop efficient document control systems and manage the document control process.
Duties
- Manage high volume of documentation across multiple projects
- Work closely with the project manager to assist with doc control issues
- Prioritize activities in order of urgency
- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Implement process improvement where possible
Skills and Experience
- Experience/Knowledge of ACONEX, SharePoint or Documentum.
- Bachelor's degree or 2 years equivalent experience in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or engineering.
- Previous document control experience on major construction/engineering projects
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to improve documentation processes
- Organized and out going
- Passionate about Australia's renewable energy future
