Mechanical Tradesperson

We are currently seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and experienced Mechanical Tradesperson to join our Galvanised Products maintenance team at InfraBuild Wire in Mayfield. The operational team is highly safety focused and process driven, with a positive team culture. This role offers permanent and stable employment, predominantly on day shift with requirement for shift work as per business needs.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Execution of preventative and predictive maintenance Breakdowns, fault finding and troubleshooting issues Overhauling fixed plant or equipment Providing feedback via the maintenance management system  Compliance with quality and safety processes to complete all tasks to high standard Working on shift as required.

We would love to hear from hardworking and enthusiastic candidates who can demonstrate the following:

Certificate III Mechanical Trade certificate is essential Demonstrated experience overhauling fixed plant equipment Additional trades training and/or experience with hydraulics and pneumatics or welding SAP exposure Strong focus on safety and initiative with a can-do attitude Excellent fault finding and troubleshooting skills along with a proactive approach Effective verbal and written communication skills A background in heavy manufacturing or mining is desirable Forklift, HR and EWP tickets would be highly regarded
