We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Tradesperson to join our Galvanised Products maintenance team at InfraBuild Wire in Mayfield.

As a Mechanical Tradesperson, you will be responsible for the execution of preventative and predictive maintenance, breakdowns, fault finding and troubleshooting issues, overhauling fixed plant or equipment, providing feedback via the maintenance management system, and compliance with quality and safety processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of heavy equipment and machinery
  • Identification and resolution of technical issues
  • Collaboration with the operational team to achieve business objectives

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Mechanical Trade
  • Demonstrated experience in overhauling fixed plant equipment
  • Additional trades training and/or experience with hydraulics and pneumatics or welding
  • SAP exposure
  • Strong focus on safety and initiative

This is a permanent opportunity working predominantly on day shift with requirement for shift work as per business needs. We offer a stable employment environment, opportunities for career growth, and a positive team culture.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
