Bendigo is Peter Mac’s only rural Victorian campus providing radiation therapy services to the Loddon Mallee region.
An RT position is available at Peter Mac Bendigo, and we would welcome all applications including new radiation therapy students anticipating graduating January 2025.
At Bendigo Peter Mac, you will enjoy the opportunity to work with the latest technology, including Varian Truebeam Linacs, AlignRT and Eclipse treatment planning system, to treat a wide variety of cases including an active SABR and SRS workload. As an additional incentive, PeterMac Bendigo is offering A SIGN ON BONUS OF $10,000 plus the following upon completion of each year of employment:
$8,000 lump sum payment on completion of first year working at Bendigo
$10,000 lump sum payment on completion of second year working at Bendigo
$12,000 lump sum payment on completion of third year working at Bendigo

WHAT IS THE NEW GRADUATE RT PROGRAM
The aim of the Graduate RT program is to help the new RT consolidate fundamental skills, acquire specialised skills and benefit from tailored clinical support, mentoring and education.
The program, running for the first 12 months of employment post-graduation, will consist of several core components, whilst encouraging flexibility and opportunity to explore and develop in personal areas of interest.
Protected time will be made available for all participants to engage in:
‘Transition to practice’ framework which is an evidence based mentoring program designed to support developmental needs
Regular RT specific tutorials delivered by clinical experts
Structured peer-group meetings with other program participants
‘Learning on the Run’ workshops
The program will also provide the graduate RT access to leading experts within the RT profession to support your clinical, research and academic goals.
