The Role:

Working as part of the Operations portfolio within the Registrar's Team, the Team Leader Student Management System Support leads the SMS configuration and support team and is actively involved in functional analysis, configuration, functional support services and enhancing the BKI Student Management Systems, this includes;

Leadership of SMS configuration and support team membersStudent Management Systems (dSR, JR Plus, MyeQuals) product and data owner, and ARGOS functional support ownerEvaluate new system functionality, product updates, reference data changes and legislative changes, and identify those that merit action

A degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 5 years as a Functional Analyst, preferably in an education environmentAbility to lead and undertake significantly complex pieces of analysis workExperience in obtaining and documenting of detailed business and functional requirements.
