Just by coordinating supports, we help NDIS participants carry out their daily tasks.

NDIS support coordinators start with the supports a participant's NDIS plan requires to help people with disabilities achieve their NDIS goals.

Ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements through a thorough knowledge of NDIS policies and organisational policies and procedures

Ability to work independently Cope well with pressure.

Empathy Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Have excellent problem-solving skills.

We we are looking for:

  • Must Have 2 years of experience in as a support coordinator, case manager or similar discipline.
  • First Aid Certification (required)
  • Working with Children Check (required)
  • National Police Certificate (required)
  • Driver Licence (required)
  • Australia (required)
  • Assist with other projects within the organisation
  • Have the ability to be multidisciplinary
  • Professionalism to be able to delivery your role in the most highest quality
  • Write reports with a thorough knowledge of NDIS and guidelines
  • Be able to reach kpi's and liaise with and retain stakeholders
  • Be able to build and bring in your own portfolio of participants within 3months based on your experience, knowledge and resources within the field.
  • Be a team player
  • Have a professional sense of humour

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary:
$ $42.30 per hour
