The opportunity
We’re interested in meeting talented Senior Producers who are passionate about making a meaningful impact on people, society and the environment. We're seeking individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to delivering exceptional work. In this role you will lead initiatives within a multi-year service transformation program, supporting and working alongside multi-disciplinary teams to drive positive outcomes. You will be a masterly coordinator and experienced with agile methods.
Your days will be spent
- Leading the delivery of large digital and strategic projects
- Being a point of contact for our wonderful clients across projects
- Managing project teams, sprints and outcomes
- Coordinating day-to-day project activities across projects
- Being part of our multidisciplinary team to deliver a positive impact
- Supporting the growth of our client partnerships
Requirements
- 4+ years digital production experience in agencies
- Experience running digital and strategic projects
- Experience with budget management - managing, tracking, forecasting and reporting
- Experience with complex external stakeholder engagement
- Experience with human-centred design
- Experience with agile methods
- Exceptional communications skills
- You must be legally able to work in Australia, without limitations

The details
- Full-time role based in Melbourne/Naarm
- Flexible hybrid remote/in-person
- Start date will ideally be around mid-late November but we’re flexible
