You're Role:

As a Client Services Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of client service and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Senior Client Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:

 

 

Client Management

  • Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular site inspections.
  • Manage stock levels and performance according to contract guidelines.
  • Address client feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure client needs are met through consistent, high-quality service and timely communication.

 

Sales

 

  • Identify opportunities for additional services and promote them to clients.
  • Participate in tender walk-throughs and contribute to business growth.

 

Quality Assurance, Environmental & OH&S 

 

  • Adhere to company and industry standards for health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Report and manage workplace incidents and hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and support staff in adhering to health and safety policies.

 

Staff Management

 

  • Lead, support, and motivate cleaning staff to achieve and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage performance, training, and development to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Handle staff absences and coordinate relief as needed.

Cleaning Operations

• Performs various daily cleaning tasks on sites and covers for Cleaners when absent or on leave.

 

Administration

 

  • Report client issues and changes to contracts promptly.
  • Manage administrative tasks including timesheets and accommodation reports.
  • Ensure the secure management of client keys and site access.

 

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the cleaning or facilities management sector.
  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
