Job Title: Spare Parts & Service Centre Manager

Location: Shimano Australia, Fishing Division

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Spare Parts & Service Centre Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the service, repair, warranty and spare parts department, ensuring efficient management of inventory, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the service and spare parts department for our fishing gear lineup. Supervise a team of skilled service technicians, ensuring quality and efficiency in repairs and maintenance. Oversee inventory control and manage the ordering of spare parts. Develop and maintain systems and procedures for tracking parts inventories, orders, and deliveries. Manage the processing and picking of spare parts orders, ensuring timely delivery to meet service commitments. Oversee the warranty process and claims in accordance with Shimano’s warranty terms and conditions. Ensure timeline delivery and turnaround times for service and repairs are met. Utilize Pronto and other computer systems for data management; previous experience with Pronto is advantageous. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication. Lead a team of up to team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience managing a Spare Parts & Service Centre. Strong computer literacy, demonstrating advanced proficiency in Excel. Excellent leadership skills with prior experience managing staff Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Strong commitment and organisational skills Prior experience with Pronto ERP software is considered a plus. Prior knowledge of fishing industry and fishing products is highly regarded.
