Due to Continued growth REACT is currently seeking a Full Time Field Service Mechanic to join the South Australia based Branch.

About the role 

React is seeking a motivated and driven diesel mechanic / Plant Mechanic to be based at our Adelaide Branch. Working as part of a small team you will be responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics works on a broad range of our equipment including wheel loaders, material handlers, graders and dozers. This work will predominantly be undertaken in the field in rural areas, however Adelaide based workshop work is also required.

Duties & Responsibilities

·        Maintaining & repairing equipment in the field and workshop.

·        Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.

·        Major and minor services

·        Maintaining customer relationships in the field

·        Completing Service Job Cards/Reports

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Australian recognised trade certificate (Heavy Vehicles)
  • Previous experience servicing and maintaining heavy diesel products
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Commitment to maintain, and adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Honest, reliable, and punctual

·        Must have a current driver's license and know how to drive manual vehicles
