Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hard working legal graduate with experience in the commercial sector, in particular commercial and project contracts. Tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Review & evaluation, negotiation & execution of customer & supplier contracts
  • Record keeping, monitoring and change management of customer & supplier contracts
  • Provide support in relation to contract management requirements
  • Support preparation of commercial tender assessment
  • Helping to resolve any disputes which come up with existing contracts, and identifying areas for improvement in Bosch Rexroth contracting processes
  • Support that all contracts are developed in line with Bosch guidelines to reduce variability of practice
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews
  • Support the Procurement team with Indirect category sourcing & strategy implementation

Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set, strong communication skills
  • Autonomous, responsible, reliable, and self-motivated
  • University degree in Law, Economics, Business administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Experience within the commercial sector (purchasing, sales tenders & contracts)
