A role with unique responsibilities
The Donor & Surrogacy Coordinator has a very important role at Repromed. You will provide ongoing support to our prospective recipients, surrogates and intended parents in a professional and caring manner. With exceptional customer service, underpinned by compassion, organisation and attention to detail, you will directly enhance the patient experience. Under guidance from your Team Leader, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining an understanding of regulatory guidelines
  • Managing the recruitment, selection and allocation process of donors to recipients
  • Maintaining accurate and current donor inventory and records
  • Liaise with other departments and key stakeholders regarding donor matters
  • Developing a thorough understanding of Repromed & Monash IVF Group services and treatments
  • Reporting all aspects of legislative and regulatory compliance information
  • Assist in internal / external donor and surrogacy auditing processes

Are you the ideal candidate for us?
The ideal candidate will see their role as vital to the success of the organisation. Understanding there are ups and down in reproductive health, our Donor & Surrogacy Coordinators will have a genuine interest in fertility solutions, specifically Donor & Surrogacy, and be sensitive to the needs of patients and display exceptional communication skills. Ideally you will bring the following:

  • An interest in fertility solutions, specifically Donor & Surrogacy
  • Previous Donor & Surrogacy experience (highly regarded)
  • Tertiary qualifications in science, health science, nursing or law (not essential)
  • Ability to understand and comply with regulatory guidelines
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
  • A dynamic, flexible and adaptable attitude
  • A vibrant team player with a strong interest to be a part of growing industry
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office suite
