About the role:

Parramatta Leagues Club is looking for a Demi Chef who is passionate about making exceptional food and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be working as part of our supportive and friendly back of house kitchen team to provide quality food to our members and will enjoy a great work life balance, working a 4 days on 3 days off arrangement. 

About you:

• Experience as a Demi Chef or Commis Chef in a busy hotel, restaurant or club environment
• Cert 3 Commercial Cookery or equivalent 
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willing to obtain
• Excellent availability across a 7 day rotating roster
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of workplace, health, and safety procedures in a kitchen
