Parramatta Leagues Club is seeking a skilled Demi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Demi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals and snacks
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Participate in menu planning and food preparation

About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Demi Chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and service. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Demi Chef or Commis Chef in a busy hotel, restaurant or club environment
  • Cert 3 Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent availability across a 7 day rotating roster
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
