About the Role
To supervise and educate clients in and around the pools, and to ensure a safe aquatic environment for all pool users. Minimize risks and hazards around the pool and prevent injury or drowning.

Skills & Experience
• Demonstrated skills and knowledge in First Aid, and CPR
• Sound knowledge and experience in enforcing aquatic procedures and policies
• Experience working in an aquatic and leisure centre preferably as a Pool Lifeguard
• Ability to implement the highest safety standards of public supervision
• Ability to manage time and set priorities

Interpersonal Skills/ Personal Attributes:
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Sound Communication Skills
• Ongoing commitment and demonstrated ability to deliver high quality customer service
• Eagerness to learn, assist and constantly improve
